We take care of the details.

You make the decisions.

At Keystone, we take care of the details, you make the decisions. Our specialized team will carry out a quantitative analysis of your project or data extraction from your model, ensuring the most relevant and reliable information to better size your financial or logistical needs.
Just as a keystone supports and unites the entire structure, Keystone embodies the solidity, stability, and care that every project deserves.
Thanks to our commitment to excellence, we are more than a study office: we are the foundation on which the precision, fluidity, and success of your projects rest.

Conducting a study on a 2D project

This traditional approach, combined with our business expertise, allows us to accurately calculate the necessary quantities. Each project thus benefits from personalized attention, reflecting our commitment to excellence and meticulousness in the field of measurement.

BIM - Modeling & Protocol

We are now equipped to integrate BIM (Building Information Modeling) into our range of services. This advancement allows us to better respond to the complex demands of our clients and guarantee maximum precision in each project.

Data analysis

By incorporating BIM into our 2D project studies, we are able to offer you a hybrid product guaranteeing impeccable management of technical details within reasonable timeframes.

Our Values

The pillars of Keystone, guiding our commitment.

Pragmatism

Sometimes we have complete files, sometimes we need to be efficient. At Keystone, we have the ability to adapt to your most complicated files.

Reliability

Through more than 20 years of experience in the field, Keystone has the expertise and know-how to provide useful, relevant, and consistent information.

Discretion

We guarantee total confidentiality of client data, ensuring a partnership based on trust and protection of your information.

Our Mission

Exceed your expectations. Innovate with precision. Ensure the success of your projects.

Deep Analysis

By comparing all the documents with each other, we analyze the key points, risks and when there are, opportunities.

Constant Evolution

With the challenges that are ours today, it is necessary to keep informed and trained in order to constantly surpass ourselves.

Shortened Deadlines

Thanks to our technical and technological evolutions, we aim to always offer you more advantageous deadlines.

What is our scope? For which missions should you call us?

Thank you for your interest in Keystone. Below is a non-exhaustive presentation of the scope of our missions, as well as the services we plan to develop soon.

The essence of our expertise focuses on achievements in stability and architecture, surroundings included. We have not yet integrated a MEP specialist into the team.

1. Quantitative study of construction project - 2D

Conducting a quantitative study based on the documents made available to us.
When a file is ready for submission or execution, we rigorously follow the file with its specific documents (CSC, MR, Plans, detail book, schedules, …).
When a file is under study, we apply our know-how and pragmatism to reference structures (CCTB, NBN for Belgium for example).

The quantitative studies carried out tend towards methods used in BIM, which is why they are in the form of a database. The idea is to provide a working tool that can be used throughout your study, and capable of answering Macro or Micro order questions in a single file.

2. Quantitative study of construction project - 3D in a BIM process or not

When a digital model is provided, either it has been modeled to meet volumetric needs, or it has been modeled for technical purposes.

In the context of a model modeled for technical purposes, it is possible to extract from the digital model a whole series of data that we can process and analyze in order to respond to a quantitative study.
We first check the accuracy of the model, both in terms of modeling and information and parameters. Then we couple, process, analyze in view of the details provided, the documents provided (CCTB, special clauses) the data extracted from the models to ensure that the quantities announced in the measurement are perfectly correct.

In the case of models modeled for volumetric purposes, we are often forced to go through a phase of modeling the project, so that the model meets the minimum (but in our case we will do the maximum) required to respond to the quantitative analysis of the project.

3. Modeling and BIM project management

We can model all your construction projects, from the first study of the project to the realization of the digital twin.

The approach is the same as for so-called “2D” projects, we respect as much as possible the directives of architects, engineers or any other stakeholders (as soon as possible). In the absence of a document, we refer as much as possible to the known and recognized standards concerning the project (always for Belgium: The Belgian BIM protocol available on BIMportal.be).

When we model the project, we are able to provide the schedules related to the project, the digital model, the nomenclatures in respect of the MR in order to provide the quantitative analysis, detail books, clashes and points of attention, families related to the project, a book of remarks.

We do not design projects. We specialize in the replica of digital models of your projects. We design a tool dedicated to the project, not the project itself.

4. Preparation and integration of data in client formats

Always with a view to optimization, we are aware that you have platforms and internal protocols. If by chance we were to collaborate more with you, we are able to integrate your protocols into our work management in order to guarantee fluidity in the transfer of information. All while avoiding you as tedious as unnecessary transformations.

This service requires a deep understanding of our respective skills and methods. This would therefore require dedicated interviews.

5. Coming Soon

MEP expertise · Quotes associated with the quantitative study · Process automation · Software dedicated to our clientele · A collaborative platform via our website.

Any mission request must be formulated by email at info@keystone.eu.com. The request must be accompanied by what is expected for this project as well as all the most up-to-date documents possible.
We study all offers as quickly as possible with detailed quotes depending on the available positions, personalized according to requests and without commitment.

It is possible at any time to split the mission in order to precisely meet your needs.

Because each file is unique and requires dedicated expertise, and because the data provided at the end of our mission is exhaustive and numerous, it is recommended to submit your requests as quickly as possible in order to benefit from our study for your decision-making as quickly as possible.

In terms of deadline, timing and schedule, we adopt a “first come with a signed quote, first served” approach.
